  1. What is Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)?
  2. Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a process of removing dents and dings by using a Leverage Method or Glue Pulling Method to bring the metal back to its original position. No bondo or repainting is required.

  3. Does the technician remove any inside or outside panels from the vehicle to remove the dent?
  4. No, the process can typically be done by gaining access through existing openings in the vehicle.

  5. Can the dent reappear after it has been removed?
  6. No, once the metal is messaged back to its original position, it will stay there.

  7. Can all dents be removed with paintless dent repair?
  8. Collision size dents, dents which involve the edge of the panel and dents with significant metal stretch are typically the only dents that cannot be removed via Paintless Dent Repair.

  9. Will I see any of the dent after the technician has completed the process?
  10. Most minor dents and dings can be removed completely by this process. However depending on the location and the degree of metal stretch, it may be possible only to remove a certain percentage of the dent. The technician ALWAYS highlights to the customer exactly how far he can remove the dent BEFORE he begins.

  11. How long does this process take?
  12. For normal dings and shopping cart dents, about 20 minutes per panel.
